Frequently asked questions

Do you add any flavors?

We don't add any flavors. Our honey’s flavor notes occur naturally, shaped by the nectar the bees gather. Notes of fruit, flowers, or caramel describe the honey’s character, rather than added ingredients.

Do you have your own bee farm?

We don't have a farm. We work with our partner honey hunters to source wild honey from forests across the Philippines. Our work is in selecting and sharing these distinct harvests, each with its own origin, flavor, and story.

Why does the honey taste different from one batch to another?

Honey isn't just honey. Each harvest reflects its place and season. As flowering plants and foraging conditions change, so can the honey’s flavor, aroma, and color, even from the same origin. Our work is in ensuring that we maintain the defining flavor notes of each variety, so every jar delivers the taste you know and love.
